Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at email@example.com with pictures or videos of the damaged items. In case the evidence shows that the product is broken, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Return item for a refund
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item has any of the following situations it will not be eligible for a refund:
If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error it is not eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Ravenè Esthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Ravenè Esthetics will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Spain, Barcelona, Sant Cugat Del Valles, Antonio Agraz N2, Bloque B, Piso 3, Puerta 4.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
It is mandatory to use a trackable shipping service & purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
Ones orders are placed they are processed automatically & is not possible to cancel them.
